The Bride Spot is updated and maintained by the team at Wish Wonder Dream - a boutique wedding coordination company based in sunny Pasadena, California.

Our blog is designed to be a source of inspiration, guidance, and assistance to the brides we work with personally and to brides everywhere who find us on their own. We spotlight vendors that we've worked with & loved, new ideas for themes and schemes, fabulous accessories, personalization ideas, and so much more!

We also celebrate the couples we work by sharing stories and pictures from their wedding day. The blog is also designed to correspond perfectly with The Dream Book, a special gift that each Wish Wonder Dream bride receives.

We'll help you with design ideas, style inspirations, vendors recommendations, and all sorts of valuable wedding insights that only professionals can bring you. We live and breathe weddings anyway so it's only right that we share.

So enjoy the blog and please feel free to write to us with suggestions and contributions. We'd love that!  Happy Planning & Congratulations!

    A Sweet Holiday Cheat

This is not something we typically blog about but exceptions must be made every once in a while for truly great finds - Sticky Fingers Scones are one of them.   They are these great scones that come in all kinds of flavors like rasberry/white chocolate, tangy lemon, and spicy apple. They also have special holiday flavors right now like spiced eggnog, peppermint/chocolate chip, and pumpkin cranberry. I always buy them at Cost Plus World Market and make them to bring to friends' houses when we are invited for dinner. People are always thoroughly impressed by how delicious they are and amazed that I have time to make them when they know what long hours I work. The trick is that all you have to do to make them is add 3/4 cup of water to the mix and then put teaspoon-sized scoops on a baking sheet and bake for 18 minutes. That's it! I really do feel like I am cheating by not admitting how easy they are to bake. But I guess my secret is out with this blog article, huh? It's just that I was just making some this afternoon for holiday baskets and felt compelled to share. So yes, for any of you busy brides who want to look like the perfect hostess with the very little free time you have while planning your wedding, I strongly recommend these delicious scones.
